| Humbly, I heed His heavenly hush, Heralding a heart in harmony. He whispers, "Look not where you wish to rush, Let faith be your compass, let trust be your crutch."
With eyes tightly shut, I take a step, Leaning on the One who guides my quest. In darkness, I find my peace and repose, While the world outside dances, oblique in its pose.
He, my beloved, the path unseen, Guides me through shadows, through the thicket so mean. Silent is my plea, no words to convey, In His embrace, I simply obey.
Not knowing the turns, the dips, the climb, I trust in the strength that's always prime. With each footfall, His love grows more clear, Drowning my fears, my doubt, drawing me near.
The wind whispers, the stars seem to say, "Follow His lead, you're on the right way." In this journey of faith, so stark and so vast, I am but a leaf in His hand, cast.
With eyes closed, I see more than light, In the quietude, His presence is bright. His grace is the road, my soul's sweet release, In the abyss of doubt, He's my peace.
I am but a vessel, a mere hue of clay, In His divine hand, I am led day by day. The destination's lost in the fray, Only the journey remains, come what may.
He whispers, "Rest, I am the way, the truth, the light," In the stillness, I am no longer in plight. With each breath drawn, each step taken, so tenderly, I am held, cradled in His might.
In this sacred dance of the blind, I am not lost, but divinely aligned. With each pulse, with each heartbeat so true, I am found in the One who's pursuing.
So, hush now my soul, cease the fight, Walk in the faith that makes all things right. In the embrace of the Unseen, I am home, In the quiet, His love I have known. | |
